I was following the first set faithfully, but I noticed a twinge and activation of nerve pain L1 L2 Psoas when I did Leg Raises and Heel Slides, so I’ve had to adapt and take them out.
So instead of not doing exercises, I’ve swapped them for
Hip Flexion x 10reps
Hip Extension x 10reps
Hip Abduction x 10reps
If these too cause the same nerve pain, then I will readjust things more, at least I can be flexible and change the reps, or exercise entirely.
