What amazing crafter’s, I’ve found some of my own Christmas presents doing these blogs, and friends too.
Not done a whole lot since the 3rd December clubbing night, (what a night that was!!) the weekend of Krampus was all about not moving swollen hip, and watching scary Christmas films see Here and Here
I’ve popped out for coffee and chat, (on Tuesday) meet up with my friend, which was lovely, but wore me out more than I thought it would, even though I had my walking stick and mini shoe lift.
Wednesday sees me with Tonsillitis, and feeling a bit woolly headed. I know it’s tonsillitis as I get it numerous times a year (my weakest point) so that has put me off physio for sure. I also have the dentist Wednesday if they choose to let me in, I’ve rung to tell them about tonsillitis. 3rd appointment in 3 weeks, trying to fit in a plate to help save teeth and jaw (both too weak for fillings and work, crumbling away one joint at a time) And they’ve decided for me to still come in and be seen.
Thursday is my Mr Moons birthday so we had to have a nice day, and celebrate as best as we can, we have our Eldest daughter and granddaughter over to visit. And at the weekend our Youngest daughter is coming to celebrate too. So birthday will be spread out over various days.
Friday it’s time to straighten up the spare room, ready for guests to stay over. Still quite poorly but gargling salty water and taking paracetamol to keep on top of it all. Glad I’ve not pushed physio this week as I feel so weak.
Hopefully come Monday I can think more about physio and get walking again, I really miss it.
I’m back with my #Blogmas gift guides, and first up is those Couples in your life, that don’t really need presents, but a small gift is a nice surprise.

Creepy films isn’t usually how you celebrate Christmas, but Krampusnacht needs celebrating properly.
The Lodge
Six months after their mother’s suicide, Aidan and Mia’s father takes them for a family vacation to his girlfriend’s lodge. However, things take a turn when they start experiencing strange events.
Omg graphic, wasn’t expecting that. Started with promise, but dragged into a slow boring creepy film. Not sure I’d watch again. A twist I never saw coming.
Better Watch Out
Ashley travels to the suburban home of the Lerners to babysit their 12-year-old son Luke during the holidays. She must soon defend herself and the young boy when unwelcome intruders announce their arrival.
Way more promising, not scary just a thriller. Home invasion films are always scary because you can easily imagine it. Man that kid annoyed me, snug git. But I did enjoy it so much.
Mercy Christmas
Michael Briskett meets the perfect woman, and his ideal Christmas dream comes true when she invites him to her family’s holiday celebration. However, Michael’s dream shatters when he realises that he will be the Christmas dinner.
Poor dude I really liked him, he didn’t need this to happen to him, he’s far too sweet. Kept me on my toes, peeking through my fingers when it was gruesome, but boy I loved it.
It’s Krampus season as we’ve passed the 5th December, so what better way to celebrate, than with creepy Christmas films.
Krampus a firm favourite of ours.
Frustrated by the constant quarrel between the members of his dysfunctional family, Max loses interest to celebrate Christmas, awakening Krampus, a demon who will punish his entire family.
My favourite film ever, raging gingerbread men, bouncing elves, murderous krampus!!
Black Christmas new to me, really enjoyed it.
With holidays around the corner, Riley and her friends prepare for a Christmas party. But when a masked stalker targets girls and goes on a killing spree, they decide to fight back.
Never saw this before, so glad we watched it. Nice slasher with a twist I never saw coming.
Sint a Dutch film about Sinterklaas, love finding unusual films.
The legendary St Nicholas comes to life under a full moon and terrorises Amsterdam by trying to kill as many Dutch children as possible at Christmas time.
Creepy but gory, as well as camp, totally enjoyed this krampusnacht. Loved every second of this, we need a sequel for sure.
A Christmas Horror Story creepy tales perfect for dark nights viewing.
Not even Santa Claus is safe from the evil that descends on Bailey Downs, a small town that is suddenly plagued with malevolent spirits, zombie elves and Krampus — the anti-Santa Claus.
4 stories in one, bit odd to follow, but passed the time nicely. Suitably creepy.
