Look fantastic is a monthly subscription box, I buy myself. I have a years subscription which has been cancelled, but needs to fulfill the year first. It just won’t renew. I do this so I can catch up and use the products, rather than continuous hoarding.

An empowerment theme ready for #InternationalWomensDay it’s packed with things to make you feel good.

Emma Hardie Brilliance Facial oil 5ml it’s usually 30ml full size RRP £39 A lightweight treatment oil, and this blend of essential oils, not only smell incredible but also have conditioning plant extracts that work to promote skin’s strength, elasticity and lustre. And as I’m stepping into Perimenopause I’m more into this type of skincare. Brilliance Facial Oil absorbs almost instantly – rushing to the rescue of complexions in crisis – hydrating, soothing and brightening with no greasy residue. Starring palma rose, orange, mint, vanilla, geranium, chamomile, lemon, rose and lavender – to replenish precious moisture while balancing sebum production – alongside omega 3-rich grapeseed, apricot, almond, olive and sunflower oils to restructure the skin and enhance its ‘stretch’ and resilience, this is ideal for all skin types – particularly those susceptible to dry or dehydrated patches.

Not listed in the book is also a Luvia Prime Vegan Candy detail shader brush, 308 it’s soft and bristles packed perfectly for getting into a cut crease.

We have Espa Refining Skin Polish 15ml so a travel size here, as usually 55ml RRP £38 when bought.A deep cleansing, but super-fine exfoliator that will leave skin feeling refined and smooth, almost like air brushed skin. Spherical Diatomaceous Earth exfoliates will help to clear those pores, gently lift impurities and balance out uneven tones, while nourishing Rose Damascena and Shea Butter soften skin revealing a smooth and radiant complexion.

We also got not listed in the book like the Make up brush, a Waterproof mascara by Revolution which is RRP £8 and we got a full sized one. And after my weekend I had testing it, it did not budge all night. Huge win.

For your hair we have Sacha Juan, a product brand I’ve never seen before. 125ml RRP £23 Aims to replenish your tresses with the Sachajuan Volume Styling Cream. It is a fast-absorbing cream using Ocean Silk Technology to drench your locks in moisture, minimising the look of split ends and flyaways. I need help with flyaways for sure.
Algae-derived proteins minimise the illusion of dryness, summoning an enviable gloss.

Lastly we have Starskin Dreamkiss Bio-Cellulose lip mask we get 1, but if you bought RRP £9 you’d get 2 masks. If you are dreaming of soft kissable lips, dream no more, this is designed especially for the soft delicate lip area. It’s been ormulated with a naturally fermented, but vitamin-rich Coconut Juice, added bonus that the ‘Dreamkiss’ lip mask closely follows the contours of the lips with a skin-tight fit, delivering innovative skincare serum to be absorbed into the skin. Mixed with a blend of Sea Fern, Collagen and Hyaluronic Acid to instantly work to visibly plump lips, improving the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, resulting in a more youthful look.

My worst product in the box this month is #Lottie and only because I got one only in December so it feels too soon to be doubling up already. But it’s a very pretty blusher, in the colour Haze RRP £5.95 from Here

So overall it wasn’t a bad box, I was just personally disappointed in 2 items. I have cancelled, but I’m sure I still have a few months left on the contract.

Can you believe it, it’s time for a new box already. So first up is Look fantastic, my main rolling subscription.

#LookFantasticBeautyBox January’s box, it feels like a wellness theme, with some incredible products, I can’t wait to try and some old favourites of mine.

Top favourite is #SkinChemists Rose Quartz lip plump 8ml hands down one of my favourite lip products, up their with By Terry Rose lip.

#ThisWorks Deep Sleep Pillow Spray 10ml, it doesn’t sadly help me sleep, but I do enjoy the scent and it is calming, I use sparingly as lavender increases my heart rate, I do love it still.

#Ahava Deadsea Mineral Shampoo 40ml not used before, but can’t wait to try it out.

I then had 2 mystery products, ie not put in the little book. #BubbleT Lavender tea body wash 100ml sounds heavenly, a luxury bath coming up I think. And #Polaar Eternal Snow moisturizer 20ml, I absolutely adore Polaar so I was super excited to have this addition.
For a January box I’m really loving it, just as you feel a little worse for health, and perhaps skin wise, this is a lovely boost. #lfbeautybox

Next month we have a sneak peek it’s a #Pixi Glow Tonic 15ml I am really looking forward to that, to really compare it to my #Lacura version

This month’s Box was a little beauty, definitely erring on the side of Glam, and Luxury.

Yes I now have 2 eyeko highlighter pencils, but thankfully in different colours (had one in a glossy box)

Good box this month, my favourite is the Elemis as it’s always a gorgeous product from them, but I’m loving the eyemask as well, as I actually use them.

I recently restarted my subscription of Look Fantastic and my October box came at the beginning of the month.

I kinda get why it’s yellow, but I’m disappointed as it’s Spooky season, I felt we could of gone darker and more autumnal, ideal if it was gothic, but I digress. It is BRIGHT Yellow.

#ECooking Cleansing Gel, 125ml RRP for 200ml is £23.00 so it’s not a bad size but not full size. I personally love ecooking, I’ve tried their multi balm, and peeling face masks and night creams, so I really excited to use this.

I got 2 Bright yellow scrunchies from #TheVintageCosmeticsCompany these are a full size and RRP £6.99. I’m not really a brights kinda gal, or yellow really. But they are made well, and useful so although not ghosts or pumpkins they will do.

#Filorga Oxygen glow cream, only 15ml but a good testing size, RRP for full 50ml is £40.00 this product I tried straight away, as my skin is lacking something, and I like the texture and feel of this, sunk into skin super fast. Pleased with this.

#DrBotanicals Turmeric Mask 30ml half size. For full 60ml size RRP is £14.00 another brand I love and trust faithfully. Looking forward to the weekend to try this out and spoil myself to an evening of luxury.

#PhilipKingsley Bond builder 20ml a full size is 50ml and RRP is £26.00 after rebleaching and dyeing my hair pink, I was so pleased to have this product. Perfect for split ends and to dampen down the fluff.

Last product, well should be. I have a sneaky extra which I’m confused about. But first #Rituals Melhr body cream 70ml not full size but definitely generous full size is 220ml and RRP is £18.50 always a beautiful cream for dry skin, heavenly scented too. Lovely.

So extra product is a black mascara, would you use it? Is this safe?

My subscription has been stopped and started so many times. I like to stock up and then stop to fully use the items I’ve gained over the months. Some I save for particular events like camping, or getaways.

I spotted an #Ameliorate exfoliation in the box and I knew I had to have it, it’s a saving grace for my reptile legs after wearing compression stockings for 6 weeks!!

Not the biggest fan of eyeliner as I’m rubbish at wings!! But this had a chocolate brown felt tip pen one by #3ina and I used it for a rare cinema date (saw Shang-Chi HIGHLY RECOMMEND) and the make up god’s were shining down on me for once.

A sheet mask by #BeautyPro is always a lovely addition, especially once the heating goes back on indoors, and walks outside are chilly winds. It’s a Brightening mask, just perfect for me.

After bleaching my hair and making the pink brighter and bolder, I knew I needed some tlc to stop the wiry straw hair feeling, and #ChristopheRobin is a brand I love love love, and it’s a hair mask, talk about perfect timing.

I have cried so so much for obvious reasons all month, and my eyes are tired, sore and tender to touch, and this product was one I’ve never had before, but I dived in to use immediately #SVR it’s an eyelid cream and it’s been lovely.

#ByTerry Rose Lip Balm is just an item I can’t fault, I enjoy using it, and it will always be in my handbag. It feels light and nourishing.
