It’s been so hit miss this week workout physio wise. Either I’ve not been able to do any, due to aching or soreness. Or actual life has gotten in the way.
It’s not bad though, it just means I’m returning to ‘real’ life, where it’s not possible to to physio 3 times a day and only focus on that.
I had wondered what my lack of motivation this week was due to🤔 and today I found out, damn mother nature!! She is back in full force, so that explains my foot bones shifting positions, and my shoulder dislocating when I was wiping the kitchen sides.
But I did complete my first outing without my husband. It wasn’t alone though, I was with my eldest daughter. But it felt nice to be outside to shop, and not just out for hydro and hospital.
