#AD #Affiliate

First things first I received these as a PR package, but all thoughts and opinions are my own. I do have an affiliate code in which I would earn a small commission from.

But before I get into what I received, let me tell you how today’s been. It’s been PANTS!! I’m not feeling physio this week, I have low energy (no reason why really) and ALL my joints hurt. Curse you #EhlersDanlosSyndrome

I have started to get back into a routine with putting make up on, back into my skincare and generally looking after myself once more. It’s so easy to fall in a trap of not caring.

Especially when you aren’t leaving the house 95% of the week, and working out a lot too.

I definitely don’t wear make up to #Hydrotherapy or while I do #Physio at home. So my interest had dropped over Jam, Feb and up until now really.

That said I have a wonderful bundle I was sent from Gerard Cosmetics

I got Hollywood Blvd Glitter Lipstick. ( Love this the most, I already have Swipe Right Glitter Lipstick. I love the sparkle they give) Good staying power too!

Rodeo Lipstick. A dusky hue of Pink, I love the creamy texture, and femininity of the colour.

Vintage Rose Lipstick. A real English rose look, it’s exactly what it says it is. Perfect day wear colour this spring.

Divalicious (Lighted) yes seriously it lights up and you have a handy mirror! Lip gloss. (This impresses me so much with the Light, clubbing gloss wearing just got easier!!) Again quite dusky pink, hint of mauve.

Pouty Princess (Lighted) Lip gloss, well the name sold it too me really. (I go for similar colours as they suit me best. So brighter pink, but so cute,. Almost retro vibe) again this is Lighted and has a Mirror too.

Kiss Assist Lip Plumper, I really don’t like lip plumpers as a rule, as they hurt me. (Especially soap & glory) like a million wasps are on my lips. however I wanted to try and I’m so glad I did, as this has NO sting, only tingle, and cooling. I didn’t feel too sticky either. And it looks lovely on top of the lipsticks too.

Super booster whitening pen, I’ve not tried it yet, as I’m awaiting a good occasion or event to go to to make it worth it. But I do hear excellent reviews on this.

Lastly I had to get #GCSquad Merch as I fully support Jennifer Gerard and her cosmetics brand, the team have been wonderful to me, so warm, so friendly, and super supportive too.

Thank you everyone, and if you do want to order you can use my link here and get 30% off your entire order. This ships from the USA so be mindful of customs and shipping. But to all my USA buddies, you’ll find shipping good for you.

Even #Zoella latest range is shipping from the US now, as it’s becoming more popular to have American brands popularity grow over here in the UK.

Mac Look Fantastic BeautyBox

Archive, Beauty Boxes, Blogger Reviews, Events, Make Up, Beauty, Skincare

Every so often the universe is perfectly aligned and the stars are for you!! This happened for me when I spotted a Collab I never thought I’d see. Mac cosmetics and Look Fantastic.

This box was full of delights to try out.

Small eye shadow Amber Lights 1.5g a highly pigmented peachy gold shade with a shimmer that delivers a long lasting application of colour. I used with prep and prime for extra pop of colour. Absolutely divine!!

Satin Lipstick Twig 3g this lipstick is an everyday go-to-shade with neutral rose tones and a creamy formula for comfortable all day wear. Can’t believe how much I love this colour. A nude for me is difficult to find, but it’s finally here!!

Little M.A.C lipglass Spite 2g this suits everyone lipglass shade, can be worn alone or over any lip pencil or lipstick to creat pout perfect shine that lasts. Again what a perfect colour for me, nude but not foundation lips, not too brown or pinky. Just gorgeous.

Little M.A.C prep and prime fix+ 30ml this cult favourite hydrating mist is packed with antioxidants and minerals to give skin an instant boost of hydration while setting make up. It’s good yes, love it for making the halo colour more vibrant. But as a setting spray nothing beats #GerardCosmetics rose spray slay all day

Strobe Cream Sample 6ml this iridescent moisturizer is packed with antioxidants and reflective particles to create a radiant glow. Never used a strobe before, but I loved this!! Perfect for party season coming up.

Last but not least Little M.A.C mascara in extreme dimension 3d black lash 4g this mini mascara that has maximum impact. In extreme dimension covers the lashes from root to tip, providing extreme volume and curl. I do love this, but it’s so difficult to remove!! The day after I still find bits on the lashes. And if chopping onions, the mascara runs everywhere!! Not what my #CharlotteTilbury does.

I’m over the moon I got to try Mac, I have never tried them before, an I was seriously impressed.

Trick or Treat Glossybox October

Archive, Beauty Boxes, Blogger Reviews, Events, Make Up, Beauty, Skincare

To end my glossybox subscription, I ended on their Trick or Treat box. And I wanted Treat which thankfully I got, oddly enough my eldest daughter wanted a Trick which she got, so happy days.

I love the box design, and I’m sure I’ll end up keeping it as organisation box inside my drawers.

Sleek palette oh so special, this is 12 super pigmented long lasting mineral based shades, that cover all bases from smokey sophisticated to daytime chic. RRP 8.99 FULL SIZE I’m going to have a play with this palette

This works, in transit camera close up primer, which has hyaluronic acid, starflower oils and a hint of caffeine. Revive flagging dull skin for photo ready make up. RRP 17.00 For DELUXE MINI I love this primer, but it’s pricey, so I’m always happy when boxes put this in

Luna by Luna Translucent powder, from the states comes this nifty cruelty free setting powder, to keep your skin smooth for hours. RRP 17.00 FULL SIZE never heard of them, so I’ll give it a go

MUA luxe strobe and glow highlight kit. A 2 in 1 compact with creamy gold highlighter, or iridescent sheer powder, it can be subtle or intense. RRP 5.00 FULL SIZE I’m glad I got this to try out, seem lovely on the skin

Illamasqua Antimatter lipstick in Nebula. Semi matte finish bold bright pink lipstick. RRP 20.00 FULL SIZE I really wanted to like this, and trying this brand out, but alas the colour is too much for me. But it will be gifted to a friend who loves it.

All in all not a bad box, and of course straight after I cancelled my subscription I see the next month’s item is a FULL SIZE Huda Beauty liquid matte lipstick!! 🤔🤦 Oh well, can’t win them all can you.

Style Awards #LatestInBeauty Box

Archive, Beauty Boxes, Blogger Reviews, Events, Make Up, Beauty, Skincare

As soon as I saw it I knew I had to buy it, you got to choose 6 products from 60 items chosen. And boy oh boy there are some cracking products to choose as well.

As I was sharing the box with my youngest daughter her blog is here we both chose 3 items each. And all for £25.00 plus postage + packaging. Bargain!!

Choosing was hard I’ll be honest, and I was sad I’d missed the Charlotte Tilbury items. But not to worry too much we did bag ourselves a #Mac lipstick #cloudsinmycoffee

Obviously we both like this, but it’s predominantly my daughter’s top pick. RRP 18.00

I however chose this as my top pick and it’s #DrSebagh serum repair and after two uses I love it, but it’s RRP is £69.00 so no matter how much I love it, I can’t be spending that on it.

Next for my daughter was another joint love product, The Body Shops Matcha Tea Mask RRP £17.00

I hope she will let me try it soon!!

For me my next one was boring but necessary to try. As my leg skin is rough, Extremely dry and could do with love after its many many surgeries. So I chose #Ameliorate Transforming Body Lotion RRP £26.00

My daughter loves Tanning, so her last item was perfect for her to try #Sienna 1hr tanning mousse RRP £25.00

My last item is a new found love of mine, a cleansing balm. I’ve tried a few now, such as #BeautyKitchen and #EmmaHardie and this one is #Evelom and for this size it’s RRP at £20.00 but you usually buy it twice this size and at £42.00. another item I won’t be buying as the price bracket is too high for a daily use product.

All in all we got around £175.00 worth of products, so it was too good to miss. You can still find some good products left here. I’m totally impressed, and though they won’t be repurchase products as they are too expensive for me personally, I think others will really love them. It’s a perfect way to try out brands and products you thought were beyond your means and budget.
